For the last 5 weeks I am struggling to have my third year practical module reinstated with the results. Unisa decided to financially cancel the module for what ever reason, as I did fully paid for it. They even put a block on it so can't be rectified. I have the proof of payment that was made. Now I can't register for the last practical module which means I can't complete my degree this year. I have tried to phone again a few times and still no answer. I really don't know how they can just simply do what they did.
