Processing of Honours applications/degree results

This is very frustrating! I have been calling and calling UNISA (nobody answers the phone). and I have sent over 30 emails. I completed last year and waiting for letter of confirmation of completion. I app**** in September 2015 for Honours, my application is still pending a decision. One cannot apply at any other institution, its too late. This is ridiculous and I share in everyone's anguish over their administrative ***********s, irrespective of student uprisings, which is one big bad excuse. student ***8. UNISA is uncontactable and does not respond to emails.
