Problem with Registration, No response From Unisa

I have sent several emails and tried calling since December for Unisa to please remove study unit INV3702 still active on my MyUnisa from last semester. It was a financial cancellation and I am unable to register for it in 2016 because it says I am already registered for that study unit but there has been no response and I urgently need to register before registration closes.
