Poor to non-existing services

<p>It has now been over a month that I constantly contact the offices of UNISA Despatch without any luck. Normally once you register and pay your study material will reach you within a week. I am now anxiously waiting more that a month. I have assignment due and prefer to work from printed material - and as I have paid the enormous amounts of money to be able to study - I feel it the obligation of UNISA to see to it that students receive their study material!
