Poor Student /customer service

poor customer service/student service i have been calling and Emailing Unisa since 10 February 2023 regarding my Refund no assistance. i have paid registration fees because registration was closing and the sponsor amount paid was not reflecting as paid on unisa side so i borrowed money and paid R2460.00 registration fee only to find out that my sponsor already paid full fees so now the R2460 is due to me which i needed urgently as it was borrowed i have send all the required documents for refund but no assistance or refund and this is frustating. my cellphone number is ***
