Poor service from Unisa

I have been trying to get credit for modules that I have already done since last year in July. I have not been able to register for the modules I wish to register for as I am waiting for a responds. I have therefore register modules which where unnecessary. I have a case number which was given to me, and the guy who was assisting ( Leuta George)me just stopped responding in the middle of the whole process. I have the e-mail for evidence. Why is it taking so long to do something so simple.
