Poor service from UNISA

Hi.Please get help from Unisa.. My son app**** for a Dipl In Civil Eng. Oct 4 2015. He submitted all docs with application. He was later informed same day that he has to submit certified copies of Id and Matric cert. they told us to do it online. The same day we submitted on line. after a week we saw online that they requested it again. We uploaded it online again. In Decwe emailed again. Auto response that email received. With no response in Jan we re-emailed docs to 6 different email addresses since they do not take calls. On Feb 12 we get an email saying that if we still interested in offer to study we must accept by sending copy of Id and student number. We sent acceptance immediately. email was acknowledged automatically. But no response. Calls not taken the whole day bec. lines are engaged. By 2rd March 2016 we joined long queue of almost 1000 people in Durban campus only to be told on entry that they have completed the 1000 applications and cut off time is 10 am and must come back the next day. On 3rd March we went early and eventually got to applications section only to be told that my sons appl was rejected bec Cert. Copy of Id not sent. We showed proof of emails. Help
