Poor Service Delivery and Lack of Ownership

I have completed a Numerical Science short course with Unisa in November 2017,I have been to both Unisa Florida and Pretoria but no one knows where on how I can acquire my certificate.I’ve sent emails to the lecturers of the modules and even the exam Centre,but no response.I know for a fact if I was owing Unisa a cent,I would have received communication demanding payment,but now due to the fact that Everything was paid up in June 2017,they don’t care as It’s my 2nd semester for a Bcom Degree now and all is paid again no worries.
