Poor service/bad attitude

<p>The company delivering Unisa study material Securemail is bad I pnoned them to track my study material spoke a Samntha and Zodwa(supervisor) they were so unfreindly and unhelpfull they dont have any customer relation and they call their department the customer service department, I dont understand why Unisa is using such a bad company to deliver important materia</p>
