Poor service at Unisa Nelspruit

Very very very poor service today being the last day to register we were told they that are on strike and will not be open their door to assist anyone after we stood there for hours wondering why they not opening as 8am passed long ago, people traveled from far or had to put in leave cause I for one had only today to be able to come to Unisa , I wonder do know that they are there to assist student that are actually the reason they got employed in the first place because we are paying for the studies it is not fee cause as I see it they feel like they are doing us a favor. I really do not know why they bother to go to work in the first place or better yet to just resign so that all those people that are desperate to get employed can be hired,there front office manager is so rude, each time I went there for assistance as I was struggling to register online cause there website in really not user friendly this supervisor says to me that it is not rocket science just read he then start explaining to me speaking broken English I got for furious and asked him does he think I can't speak or understand English, I left cause my blood was boiling, something needs to be done really.
