Poor service at UNISA

In November 2020 I made an application to study at UNISA. However from December 2020 to March 2021 I struggled to complete my registration process. Th

I called the contact centre several times without success until the registration closed. I gave up and decided to try again to register when applications open at the end of 2021.

To my dismay, I now receive an sms from UNISA that I must settle my account. Which account as I was unable to complete my registration. To think that 2021 is a waste as I really wanted to study this year.

I would like them to cancel that debt that I do not know about.
