poor service and incompetence

This University needs to rethink it's approach to all student queries especially related to the application process. Firstly, I app**** for admission into the BCom Honours programme and after one email received from them requesting more supporting docs which were submitted as required, I have received no response from the University. Numerous attempts were made to obtain some kind of response which included visits to the Florida Campus which always does not have constructive response to queries. I further made a number of calls to the University but the telephone kept being slammed on my face without answer. I finally decided to go in person and was told with an attitude that there were changes to the application process which was never communicated in any format and that my application was cancelled. Is this the kind of service we pay for really? No solution was offered except for come back again in August 2016. My response to that is, maybe, you should shove your university where the sun does not shine honestly.
