Poor service

Yoh Unisa University is like Sassa or home affairs, my wife requested a refund on the 24th of February 2025, we've called them but we got empty promises till today no action has been taken. I even sent an email threatening them with hellopeter and Ombudsman complaints but it's like speaking to the wall, they just don't care. It's disappointing to be honest, I even doubt their accreditation for the courses they are offering to the public, for me this means that they don't live up to their values and standard as a University.
