Poor service

I registered with Unisa for a short course in procurement and supply chain management and paid in R3600 on the30th January 2014 and I couldn't get my study material due to the post office strike and made an arrangement to postpone it to 2nd semester and still then I havent gotten my study material and everytime I call, I never get an answer n even went to the campus personally and they asked me to foward every email to them and I still haven't got any response and I'm very angry and disappointed in Unisa...
