POOR SERVICE

I sent emails to Phakamile a week ago and today nor reply. I phoned UNISA PMB office spoke to Zodwa who was very unhelpful. At present applications are opened and I wanted to know the process and fee etc. But Zodwa refuses to put me through to someone or take a message for someone to phone me. She says I must come in, it is inconvenient as its a great distance to go there. Will appreciate if someone could phone me.<br>
