Poor Service

<p>I am very disappointed in UNISA. I registered on the 03 Jan 2017 and my registration is still in progress. I have sent an email to them no reply just received an automated message. I called no one is pick up the phone. I visited the Parow branch on saturday and was told it closed at 8am due to short staff and was told to come again. I worried I might not be able to do my modules this semester and regisatration closes on the 27 Jan 2017. I want to know what is the hold up.</p>
