Poor service

I want to complain about UNISA poor service. I ve been mailing to almost everyone from that UNIVERSITY and no one is responding. I completed my course CTA Level 1 Last year, 2021 January and i ve been requesting my statement of result to change to COMPLETED. Up until today, nothing is happen. I couldn't study last year and even this year. So can you please expose that ROTTEN Faculty. This is my future and other people dont take it serious. Two years without studying is a lot of time.
