POOR SERVICE

I've received a letter in November Last Year before I wrote my last two modules to complete my BCOM from UNISA confirming that I do meet the minimum requirements which is 360 credits to be granted my degree.The letter states that my degree will be given between March,April,May till Today I never got the Graduation pack.<br> When I call no one seem to know anything about the letter sent. I've told everyone who knows me about the good news and now people are asking about my graduation date and I don't have the answers for them,this makes me unhappy.
