POOR SERVICE

I app**** for admission and I was told that everything was in order and I should expect feedback mid-June. I did not get any feedback and when I went to the branch I was told I was rejected because I did not upload my documents, which is absolutely not true because I did and one cannot finish an application without uploading the documents. Now I am told they will not take my documents I should wait for the next semester and re-apply. This is inconvenience and I am really not happy with their response. How many times am I going to pay application fees and get this nonsense at the end of the day? My student number is ********** 4 and my contact number is ********** .
