Poor Service

I have been trying to get hold of UNISA for more than 2 weeks now regarding my registration. I was removed from formal studies due to not passing the required credits. I want to appeal for readmission and send my DSAR09 form. To date not one of UNISA personal has returned emails regarding this. I have send the form to the provided fax number but it is not going through. UNISA phone calls aren't answered, honestly don't know anymore. Super frustrating.
