Poor service

I app**** for CTA in October and still no feedback, I have been to the UNISA offices 3 times, without out success, the lady there says my degree is older than 3 years, but the admission requirements are clear that if you have a CTA( which I do) and has expire for SAICA accreditation you may apply. So please help me understand what the issue is???
