Poor serve

I'm writting this with sadness, with the service I received from Unisa its been 2 months without being successful in getting my refund which I mistakely tranfrered the money to my Unisa account as had a linked payment and I'm not owing anything at unisa all my study fees are paid completely.

I have been asked to fill in a refund form and email it back without any success of any feed back response ecxept the automated response which state that my email was received and will be attended to

I have done several calls with no assistance
