Poor peoples s****s

I took a day off to come submit the academic record that the institution had requested...instead of getting helped they called this skinny light in complexion guy who lacks listening s****s and has a big headed attitude. I'm gonna pay fees so I expected to be treated as a customer. All he could say was sorry we gave you the wrong information.now I cant study because he has no information and yet he works at unisa.he started acting big headed, even when I told him that when we call unisa nobody answers. I have been here since 7 only to be disrespected by this guy called IRVIN he is very skinny and light in complexion. He works in student debtors..I asked for his surname his co-worker said she didn't know his surname. With Mr Thabo Mbeki as the new vice chancellor I thought things were gonna change but dollop.
