poor customer service at UNISA

I have been call UNISA contact numbers for inquiry relating to my exam result but they are all not working. for three days in a raw am waiting for over 30minutes on the line. its amazing because they have a lot of employees sitting there but there is no one to help us with queries. i spent over R100 calling their landlines of ********** and others but still there is no one to help me
