Poor customer service.

I waited 5 hours in a long queue to inquire about a module, reaching the front of the line I was taken to the registration table where I told them about the error that appeared when I tried to register and enroll online. When that error appeared one of the staff members took me to the back of the line and said he can't clear that error and only one person can clear that. I was taken back to the end of the line, the very same line I was in waiting for only one competent individual out of a bunch of staff members.
