Poor contactibility

I app**** for admission previously during the Application period, but afterwards I wanted to change qualifications,so i was told that i need to wait for the next admission period, which i did.<br> So I tried to apply online, and was instructed to send a email to the applications department, which i did twice (The first was 7 April 2015).<br> 9 April 2015 I sent study-info a email to find out if all is in order and 14 April 2015 I received a email from Thokozile Matjila to say \Kindly note that because you intend to change the course you must reapply
