Poor communication

I'm pretty upset with unisa I did my 2 practical modules last year and got a roll over to submit my assignments this year. I waited on my marks but could not see due to financial problems when I paid the amount I noticed that one of the two has been financially suspended no one send me an email to tell me this and I paid the registration fee...when I try to contact them no answer up until today I haven't even received an email from them...to top it all the other subject I failed by 1 mark couldn't they just allow me to do it over now I have to take these two subjects again and it's another lot money cause I need these two In order to graduate
