POOR COMMUNICATION

<p>I recently registered to study a BA Human Sciences degree through UNISA and have been frustrated to say the least with the lack of care put into communication. I am a working individual and therefore opted for distant learning because i was under the impression it would be easier but it has been everything but easy. I sit on my phone half of the day trying to get through to the right department and if the phone is not engaged it is simply not being answered. The frustration and lack of communication made me very hesitant about continuing my studies so i cancelled my modules and sent through a form requesting i be refunded. Since i sent through the form i have not heard back from unisa and cannot get through to the finance department. i am confused as to why it is taking so long for me to be refunded as i have provided them with all necessary documentation. I have receive the worst service by far through unisa and will definately voice my opinion to all social media. i would advise anyone to study through them as they do not have the necessary communication links in place and their staff who do assist are irritated and treet you with utter disrespect and annoyance.</p>
