Poor application process

Good day<br> <br> I did an online application attaching certified copies all my documents. I tracked my application online. No documents were attached. I tried uploading my documents but it didn't allow it. I then received an email saying that my application was being processed. I received another email saying that my application is not being considered due to no documents. I called the numbers in the email and I can't get through at all. I called Student administration Cape Town. They gave me an email address for the section dealing with the application problem but when I asked for a contact number I was told that this office don't have phones.<br> I logged onto my profile and there is nothing there at all just a message \there are no active containers for this page". <br> <br> My colleague had the same issue with documents but now his is attached. UNISA attached his documents...we app**** the same day and did the same thing so what is UNISA doing with our applications because it seems like they completely deleted my application after they lost all my documents..."""
