Poor Administration

I re registered a co**** with UNISA, on my new application form I have new updated information as opposed to when I first registered with them. I have stated on my application form that I wanted my exam venue to be Randburg but I see that it is still registered as Ormonde which means I need to drive all the was just to go write. The Myunisa gives you an option to change the exam venue but it still comes back as Ormonde, their administration is really pathetic, the contact numbers they have do not go through and some of them dont even work so speaking to a human being that works at UNISA over the phone is impossible!! This is pathetic for such a big University!! I am not willing to drive all the way just to go write an exam, can someone change the venue for me PLEASE!
