poor administration

<p>i am so heart broken , i was supposed towrite my last paper yesterday and i was turned back because i did i had my student card instead of my id copy , the term and conditions of writting the exams clearly states you should bring your id copy or your student card , the head invigilator gave me a bad attitude when i showed her the terms , they are siriously toying with my future </p>
