Please refund me ASAP

<p>When will UNISA refund me my balance thats due?</p> <p>I have sent endless emails their ********** email address but I am still without my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I went to the Florida branch and I was told it would take 15-20 days for me to get these funds back. What the hell causes for an EFT to take so long? It took you guys 7 seconds to debit my card now it takes 20 days to pay me back? This is ridiculous and Unisa is really *****ing people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone assist me with this refund urgently</p>
