Please help me resolve matter

I am a student at Unisa, on the 26th of January 2024 was writing my supplementary exam of Aue3761, on the day when i was done writing and submitting my assessment on the invigilator app, i scanned my script and loaded on the app while it was busy loading i started getting poor connection messages, then i tried submitting on my exam portal however the network was giving me challenges as we had loadshedding at that time then i started communicating with the invigilator app on whatsapp. They have send an email saying that they have detected that i have a pending result i should login on the app again to see if the script has been uploaded, i did that several times however the poor network messages keeps popping out i even send the screenshots of the app with the pop up messages to invigilator app team. They have seen that and said they will make a note to Unisa so that they can see that. I went to unisa with the query however i was not assisted, then i went again to them, and on the third visit they said theres nothing they can do and they can see my communication with the invigilator app technicians and it was during the assessment period. I am so dissapointed as I wrote my exam and started submitting on the right time. I thought that using the app those help unisa detect such thing as it can tel that i was active from the start time till the submission time.
