I am a student with Unisa whom was enquiring about my revaluation exams. I spoke to an very uncooperative ZOZO whom did not want to assist me . After having to battle if she has access to my profile to inquire when my reval is due and what the process is . She dropped the call without advising me . <br> This appalling when someone is trying their best to accomodated the failing student support of UNISA. I am patient but I would never advise anyone to study through UNISA there is no administration support telephonically, on campus even . For what I am paying Unisa this is ******* .
