Piad for study material, but no delivery made

Hi, My husband paid for his study material three weeks ago. He waited for it for a week, seeing that nothing was happening, he went to UNISA in Florida Roodepoort. They told him that the material was already dispatched by a courier service company called UTI SUN COURIER. We contacted the company few days later and we were told that we were to receive the books in a day's time. a week later we made another follow up with courier company, a lady called Jazel, told me that the books were still lying on their floor & were never dispatched. I was angry at hearing this, as my husband need to prepare for his assignments, Jazel made a promise that we will receive the books the following day. She promised to call us to ensure that we received the books. A week is finished, we did not hear anything from her & we did not receive the books. I know many students who did not receive their books on time last year, due to this courier service company. UNISA Management does not care whether their students are being served well by this company. All they do, is to take our money and not follow up on the service of this company. We are tired of this ****, we need full explanation from UNISA.
