People at UNISA are clearly on vacation 24/7

If you would like to get a hold of anyone at UNISA at any time of the day, don't bother because there is never anyone around to pick up the blasted phone. There was a time when I was calling to find out *** my study material was because I haven't received it yet and exams were around the corner. I literally lost 5kgs because I was stressing, causing me to miss my first exam. Now I tried calling to find out how I need to rewrite that exam I missed because my company needs to pay for 2015 annnd NOTHING at exam section. I do not understand why it always happens with UNISA. It is a tertiary institution... a very big one. They need to make sure that their ish is on point, or else they will maintain this horrid reputation that they have been working so hard to build up.
