payment queries

Student ***9, i registered and paid on the 10th of june, my payment is not reflecting, i have tried to contact all the possible channels provided by the university, i can't call, no answer, i have mailed several times, no response, i don't know what to do anymore. I doubt if this complain would even be seen by them.
