Payment not yet reflecting on my student number

My company paid on the 14th January 2021 for my studies.. Still now all my registered modules are not reflecting on myunisa. I have made an appointment this past Tuesday to go to the campus... The lady that helped me sent an email to the finance department but even today I haven't received any response from them... I'm already behind with my assignments
