PAY MY REFUND!!!!!

Unisa finance department is terrible and really shady, I paid for my registration in July and they did not upload my modules , they sent me a statement to notify me of the amount DUE TO ME, I went to the campus and they told me that I did not qualify for those modules, I then went to the student finance offices and they gave a refund form which I filled in and sent to them, a day later I was sent another statement of them claiming I have an outstanding amount! they are still not assisting my claim, this was last month already, The statement sent before would have clearly stated that I owed them now suddenly after claiming my refund they claim I owe the university, What a bunch of useless and *********** people! would never recommend this university to anyone!
