Pay back the Money!

I registered last year with Unisa for a short learning programme in Total Quality Management. Exams were scheduled for Jan/Feb 2022. At the day of the exam, the papers were not available and we could not write. I phoned all the possible numbers that there was for Unisa, but no answer. I emailed all the given email addresses, but no answer. I received a notification that 1 subject will be written tomorrow. I have reached out to my lecturer who indicates that she doubt the exams will proceed, due to the fact that there are a CCMA case against the SLP department. Unisa do not communicate anything. I have already paid for my course, but receive no feedback. I cant write exams!!!!!!! Please let me write my exam and finish my qualification, or pay back the money if you are unable to assist me.
