Pathetic unisa

I have no words to explain the pathetic service I have recieved from unisa I'm trying to register to do my bachelors and registration closes tomorrow I paid my application fee sent proof sent my documents yet they have not emailed me to say they received it or anything.... I tried calling several numbers every one of them engaged how is that possible they supposed to be all available to help yet I'm getting no help at all.... I think this is the worst service I have recieved from a university since I started applying they need new stuff or these ones need a serious wake up call
