Pathetic UNISA

I have been trying now for 3MONTHS to get a response from UNISA Exam department.The were very quick to issue me a computer generated Reference Number.I have about seven of these now because that is all you get , a reference number and that's it. I tried the Prof . who deals with the particular module to contact the Exam section ... no joy ( and she works for UNISA)... thanks Prof. at least you tried.She gave me 10 numbers to try ... nobody picks up the phone or its busy or nobody cares and just want to pass your issue onto someone else who has even less knowledge of how to resolve your problem... this is if you lucky and someone eventually picks up the phone. Assignment from last year.. never marked and I have written the exam already. This place, UNISA, is a sunken ship and pathetic in attitude and concern of students as far as administration is concerned. It is a distance learning institute and that is where they are correct you must distance yourself as far away as possible when it comes to the administration part at UNISA.
