Pathetic service

I have been calling ofiices to apply for my refund with no luck at all, all the offices there are no responses, the only response I got it's automated. I would like to find out how is unisa paying salaries when people aren't doing anything at all. The fact that they are working from home doesn't mean that they should treat us this bad, a whole university is being run like a tuck shop.
