Pathetic service

I have completed my studies via unisa last year Dec. I received notification from them that my audit will be do be done by end Feb 23 amd if I don't hear back from them I should email. Email I did only to receive no response or certificate to the plethora of mails and calls sent. I then contacted the ombudsman for unisa, they referred mE to admin department, who then forwarded my mail to the graduations department. Still no certificate. I am on the verge of loosing my job if unisa can't produce the required certificate by the end of this month. I am at my wits end with this institution who cannot stick to theor deadlines and the lack of effort or communication from them is **********.
