Pathetic service at Unisa offices

As Unisa is known for not bothering to answer emails or phones, I went in to the office to find out why my fiance couldn't log on to the portal. A very unfriendly guy behind counter 5 would not even look up & was playing music on his laptop. He told me the portal closed last week. Much to his surprise I told him I could log on right now & show him mine works but not fiances. He then called someone else who did all he could to help me but informed me he was just the IT technician & has no idea what to do, which is understandable. He is there to fix the pc's. After this a 2nd woman was referred to the IT technician. All because this man was too lazy to provide any form of assistance. The service is pathetic and besides that they were suppose to open at 7h45 but they opened at 8:10.
