Pathetic service and don_A|_t care attitude

I made a payment on my account for my study fees before the closing date for second semester registration, and was told that only few days after the closing date that I should have filled in a form with the modules that I would registered for, nobody advised me about this. When I requested for the refund on the 14th all documentations requested was send. I was told by Meso that it would take 14 working days to be refunded, I need the money on the 27th July 2015 , to pay my study fees with some other institution .<br> <br> CAN I HAVE THE REFUND DONE TOMORROW ...<br>
