Pathetic service

Have been trying to reach unisa like forever now and when i visit their offices, there are always issues as well. I send an email i will only get the response when it doesnt even matter anymore, i have never seen such a disgrace with such a huge institution, why the hell would they give us contacts that are not accessible? it completely looks like an institution that lacks leadership. Disappointed
