Pathetic service

I app**** for a refund on 3 Oct 2018. The refund pack with supporting docs were emailed to ********** The refund form states that a refund will be processed within 15 days. I am still awaiting feedback. The case no is 18276NX03111, as docs received, 3 Oct 2018, 10.48am.

What is the delay? I phoned several numbers today and no response. 012- ********** / 4299/3111. No one answers!!!!!!!
