Pathetic service

I sent an enquiry email to senior individuals at Unisa on 10 Feb 2018. No response was received. Iforwarded the email again on 16.02.18 and still no response. If these individuals cannot respond to an email, how would they manage their departments at UNISA. I also phoned endlessly since the 10 Feb 2018 and no answer on any lines: ********** ; ********** ; ********** ; ********** ********** 817; ********** 789; ********** 627; ********** 582; ********** 888; ********** 83..... It is simply pathetic....
