PATHETIC REGISTRATION EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I have never had such pathetic service from unisa as 2024 registration. I just want to register 4 of my 3rd year subjects and keep getting an error which I have emailed to them 4 times now with no response!!!! The call centre is just pathetic and after I have waited 45 minutes per call to be attended to, the agents drop the call!!!! Who can I speak to who will actually help me???? When I email my college of human sciences they copy and paste a guide to registration which I have already seen and followed!!! What absolutely pathetic service, when is it that we as students will be treated with the respect we deserve, after all, all i want is to register my subjects and complete my degree!!!!!
